Terms Of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Indian Server Hosting. By accessing, using, or purchasing any of our hosting services (including VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting, Shared Hosting, Domain Registration, or other related services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

Service: Any hosting, domain registration, or related service provided by IndianServerHosting.
Customer / Client / You: The individual or entity that purchases or uses our Service.
Account: The customer account created to access and manage the Service.

3. Eligibility & Account Information

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information (including contact and billing details) during registration.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4. Use of Services — Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use the Service to host or distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, send spam, distribute malware, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and activities conducted through your account.

5. Payment, Renewal & Billing

Services are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
All services are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date.
In case of failed payments or overdue invoices, IndianServerHosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice.

6. Service Availability & SLA

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not provide an absolute uptime guarantee unless explicitly stated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Our SLA governs uptime commitments, support response times, and applicable service credits in case of service failures.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload or host on our servers (“Customer Content”).
IndianServerHosting retains all rights to its infrastructure, systems, software, and proprietary tools used to deliver the Service.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

IndianServerHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from service downtime, data loss, or other service-related issues.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the affected service period, subject to the maximum credit limits defined in the SLA.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
Upon termination, you are responsible for backing up and removing your data. We may delete data after a reasonable grace period unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

IndianServerHosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be communicated via email or the customer dashboard. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction, as per applicable Indian law.
